Shipping

All shipping is at a standard of $10 within Australia. We do not currently ship internationally.

Return Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch!

Returns must be made within 7 days.

To complete your return, receipts or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are only offered for obvious defects, but you are more than welcome to an exchange, given you comply with one of the choices below: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. 

- Change of Mind If you simply change your mind, you are welcome to exchange your item(s). To exchange the item(s), you must email info@mikocosmetics.com.au stating you have changed your mind and would like an exchange. Please include the new item(s) you would like, up to the original value you paid. Refunds cannot be accepted if amounts under the original value.

- Damaged Goods If on the unfortunate occurrence that you receive your goods damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item and your details to info@mikocosmetics.com.au to ensure your item(s) are replaced and sent to you as soon as possible.  

Please keep in mind that returning products will need to be processed and new products will take time to reach your address depending on your location
